I was really disappointed by. nothing, absolutely nothing at all.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The location was ideal, as it was very close to the national park. The staff, especially Mr Rajnish and Mr Sanjay, were very helpful in arranging safari tours and transportation. The room with a balcony had a beautiful view, and I loved waking up to it. The service was top-notch, and the restaurant staff were helpful. The food was good, and the buffet offered a decent variety.

That there were some noise issues in the hotel due to other guests having parties in their rooms.

having climate control, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, and a mini bar fridge in my neat room was really great. the location was magnificent and comfortable there, in the middle of jackson.
